The star rose quartz is rare to find. Star rose quartz has very similar metaphysical properties to regular rose quartz, however, you do not need to cleanse or recharge star rose quartz because it contains rutile.
Rutile on its own tends to look like threads or needles of metallic fibers, and it can grow straight through just about anything. When rose quartz contains rutile and has a smooth polished service, it gives the crystal it’s unique six-rayed star when a light is shone on it.
Rutile can be seen on its own, however, when it is within rose quartz it becomes invisible to the naked eye.

*So under normal light, you can’t see the starlight. You need to put it under the sun or strong light then it will appear the perfect six-rayed star.
